CONDUCT AGREEMENTS

Samara Learning Center believes that the best experiences for youth are ones that promote personal growth.  In our programs, we weave intentional skill-building with emphasis on social and emotional skills into all activities and interactions.

SAMARAS' STATEMENT OF INCLUSION

Samara Learning Center works to realize the dignity and worth of each individual and to eliminate human barriers based on all assumptions that prejudge individuals. Designed and implemented to reduce sexual, racial, religious, and cultural stereotypes and to foster positive intercultural relationships, at Samara, everyone is welcome.

GUIDING PRINCIPLES FOR OUR CODE OF CONDUCT
  • Each youth participant, staff member, and volunteer has unique value that adds to Samaras' community.

  • All youth, staff, and volunteers should feel safe and supported.

  • A person’s words and actions have a direct impact on themselves, others, and the environment around them.

  • Each person plays an important role in creating a safe, fun, and positive experience together.
